Kazaziye is made of 1000 sterling silver, very thin wire, absolutely no welding is used. It is a completely hand-applied technique with needles and skewers of various sizes. The only historical example that has survived to the present day is the brooch known as the “flying horse” found in the Uşak Museum. Later applications are inspired by this. Necklaces, earrings and bracelets for women; Rosary and rosary tassels are among the most preferred kazaziye products by men. Technically and in style, they are called love knots.
